As someone who comes here almost daily, I genuinely don’t understand how this level of customer service is considered acceptable. The last 3–4 times I’ve ordered, my drink has been made incorrectly, and when I come back to have it fixed, the employee is laughing in the booth with coworkers. I’m all for having fun at work, but there’s a difference between being friendly and being blatantly unprofessional. I shouldn’t have to repeatedly correct my order while the people responsible find it amusing. I’d expect a little more attention to detail, professionalism, and basic customer service especially from a business that has regular customers who come in and spend their money here. Hopefully management can address this, because the behavior reflects much more poorly on the establishment than it does on the customer.

It was my first time trying seven brew today and I asked the employee for recommendations and she seemed to be very knowledgeable about the menu. I had a great first experience, the coffee was good and came out quick and the morale or the store seemed to be really high. They are doing great! Autumn took my order and I have to say 7 brew has one great employee!!!! Will be coming back soon

Sophia provided some of the best customer service I’ve had in a long time! She was incredibly friendly, positive, and made the whole experience enjoyable from start to finish. You can tell she genuinely cares about customers and takes pride in her work. My drink was made perfectly, and her great attitude honestly made my day better. 7 Brew is lucky to have someone like Sophia on their team. I’ll definitely be coming back!

i tried 7brew for the first time yesterday and was super excited since everyone raves about it but was extremely disappointed. i waited almost 30 minutes because the line i was in barely moved while the one to the left was moving very quickly. then i got my drink and it tasted and looked like they forgot to even add the coffee. all it tasted like was flavored milk… very disappointing experience and not at all worth the wait or hype.
